Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Triaging incoming phone calls & emails from our clients that come in to our help desk
  • Addressing phone calls and emails on topics that range from routine administrative support to technical troubleshooting & resolution
  • Properly documenting actions taken on cases opened, actioned or resolved in a ticketing system
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to ultimately ensure the best client experience
  • Placing outgoing calls and emails to customers to follow up on existing cases
  • Performing routine tasks to help clients maintain the reliability and performance of their systems

Skills and Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and focused with a passion for technology
  • Ability to learn and understand new ideas and concepts
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Written and verbal communication skills, possessing a professional yet personal tone
  • Ability to "think on your feet", assessing and planning troubleshooting strategies and solutions while collecting information about a client’s issue.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work shifts on evenings and weekends as required

Credentials and Experience:

  • Previous help desk experience is an asset

Having a background in the restaurants/hospitality industry is preferred, but above all, we are looking for strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for technology.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in providing clients with a smooth onboarding experience with our solutions
  • Training clients on how to use our solutions
  • Traveling on-site to client locations to assist with hardware installation, solution training and go live support
  • Maintain strong communication with clients via phone and email to coordinate installation of new solutions
  • Use internal workflow systems

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and coordinating installs for clients
  • Gathering precise information for location update/change requests
  • Troubleshooting diverse technical scenarios
  • Configuring and testing Point of Sale terminals
  • Working with Third party partners as required to resolve issues
  • Actively logging deployment calls via our internal tracking system

We are seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join our Deployments Team. This role would begin with a focus on assisting the deployment team with administrative tasks, such as following up with our customers before and after their order is completed, and working with our industry partners to collect required information. As training progresses, other general responsibilities may include the following:

  • Coordinating merchant files by providing accurate client administration
  • Client follow-up/fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty
